The pool was nice, the staff here was really helpful.

The staff at Comfort Gardens Sweetwaters went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The meals were delicious and the chef even prepared special meals for our kids. Despite a minor inconvenience with the hot water, our overall stay was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a great experience at Comfort Gardens Sweetwaters.

Excellent staff and favourable location in the middle of jackson, everything was great. The a double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well furnished with great views. Location: the hotel was so close to ur restaurant and Nanyuki. Again, I went to see Ol Pejeta Conservancy nearby

The room was well furnished with a flat-screen TV, safe, and fridge. It also offered a great view over the swimming pool. the staff were friendly during my entire stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located near a national park entrance, making it easy to plan a safari. the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the executive suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. the bathroom was well-equipped and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

The lighting in the restaurant could have been better.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Ol Pejeta conservancy and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect as it was right by the gate of the conservancy, allowing me easy access to the amazing wildlife. The room itself was more than adequate, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely bar with a stunning view of the conservancy, where I had the chance to see elephants on my first night. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, ensuring that I started each day on a positive note.

While overall my stay was great, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the food. Although the breakfast exceeded my expectations, I found the options for meals to be a bit limited and pricey.

Spent an awesome xmas holiday in a serene environment. The spacious and well-furnished rooms were a delight. The meals were great, with a variety of foods to choose from. I particularly loved the fact that there were activities for kids, which kept them engaged and happy throughout our stay. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to key tourist sites made our experience all the more enjoyable.

Some of the food options for dinner were subpar, but breakfast and lunch made up for it. , it would have been great if soft drinks were included in the all-inclusive package.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near Ol Pejeta Conservancy, just outside Sweetwaters. The location was perfect, right by the conservation entrance. From the hotel, I was able to see elephants roaming in the distance, which was truly amazing. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests I had. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a bar with a stunning view overlooking the edge of the conservancy. It was a fantastic spot to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and there wasn't a single aspect that I felt needed improvement.

Spent the Xmas holiday in a hotel with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Loved the cozy and well-maintained cottages, which were clean and comfortable with ample space. the hospitality offered by the staff was impressive. They were very pleasant, and their personal service was exceptional, from offering different meal options to arranging transportation. the serene location was also a plus, offering a quiet and peaceful escape from city life.

It was overpriced, and there were very limited options, hence boring.

The staff were excellent - friendly and efficient, especially the receptionist. The chef, Franklin, made us feel welcome and prepared a delicious Nyama Choma. Convenient location near the entrance of Ol Pejeta National Park. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a balcony overlooking the park. Nice pool and beautiful Yellow Weaver birds nesting in the hotel grounds.
